Shipping policy

This shipping policy applies to USA orders. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & CUT-OFF TIMES

  • Transit: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri).
  • Cut-off: 5 PM EST (New York) for same-day processing.
  • Handling: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

C. DELIVERY CARRIERS

Shipments are fulfilled via UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

D. ADDRESS CHANGES

Request address changes within 24 hours of ordering at support@StrandApparel.com. No changes possible after dispatch.

E. CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancel orders before dispatch.
  • Dispatched orders must follow our refund policy for returns.

F. DAMAGED PARCELS

  • Reject damaged packages upon delivery and contact customer service.
  • For unattended deliveries, contact us for instructions.

G. MANUFACTURER DIRECT SHIPPING

  1. Method: Standard ground (carrier varies by manufacturer).
  2. Processing: 1–2 business days (possible delays due to external partners).
  3. Transit: 1–5 business days (based on manufacturer location).
  4. Tracking: Email sent after dispatch.
  5. Updates: We’ll notify you of any delays promptly.

H. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

This policy applies to USA orders. International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees.
